Brettsters Food: My Christmas Dinner menu
Okay, for my family on Christmas Day, I shall be cooking:
- A roasted leg of lamb with rosemary and mint sauce,
- Roast potatoes,
- New potatoes,
- Bacon and stuffing rolls,
- Pigs in blankets,
- with sprouts, carrots, honey roasted parsnips, peas and a rich gravy.
On Boxing Day:
- Roast beef…
